Did you ever find a bodywork practitioner? Massage and different kinds of energywork and bodywork are great during pregnancy! Look for a practitioner that works frequently with expecting clients, and maybe go for an independent practitioner since spas rotate and go through employees pretty quickly. If the same therapist is working on you throughout your pregnancy you get continuity in care as well as comfort in getting to know your practitioner.
Good luck!
